Everyone added is smaller in the frame than the host, so a group of three or four holds up best. You can also leave the friends empty and stand in a room full of party guests.

You stand in the middle, closest to the camera, so your face is the largest in the shot. Friends stand in a row around you: the first half you add go on your left, the rest on your right. The order you upload them in is the order they appear, so add the people who should be nearest to you first.

One person per photo, whole face visible, good light. Full-body photos are fine: we find the face and crop the photo to the head and shoulders before the AI sees it. You keep the best likeness, because you are closest to the camera. Friends are smaller in the frame and move through the whole take, so one of them can end up only partly resembling their photo, and someone at the far edge can drift out of the shot. A sharp, well-lit photo of each person gives the best result.

Friends have to be adults who agreed to be in the video. Photos of celebrities, public figures and anyone under 18 are not allowed, and we cannot put a friend in from a group photo. One person per upload.
